How We Use Your Information

- Match you with other users in the community based on your interests and preferences (using AI algorithms from OpenAI). In some cases, we may also use information from third-party sources to improve the accuracy of our matching algorithms.

- Third-Party Processing: We may use certain third-party services to process your information, such as OpenAI for our AI-powered matching algorithms. - We may collect information about you from publicly available sources to enhance your profile and improve the matching algorithms within the PTAA CONNECT community. This information is only collected if it is legally permissible and in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective public data sources .
Data Security
We use the SHA-56 algorithm to secure your sensitive data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your profile at any time from your personal settings under
the profile tab. Upon deletion, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow
for any potential recovery needs. After 30 days, your data will be
permanently deleted.

Your data will be stored in AWS servers located in various parts of the globe.
Community Admin Access
Community admins may have access to certain information you provide,
such as your profile information and activity within the community. This
access is necessary for them to manage the community effectively.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your information:
- Access your information.
- Rectify inaccurate information.
- You have all rights to your data, even though we own code, databases, and all rights to the application.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to the processing of your information.
